The breakfast had a good variety of bread, pastries, fruit, cold meats, and cheese. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel around the city and outskirts. The bar staff were helpful and provided hot water upon request.

The renovated rooms at Hotel Chamartin The One are truly luxurious with marble vanities, contemporary raised-square sinks, and black-tile floors. The bathtub/shower combos are perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the city. As a guest with physical handicaps, the spacious layout and modern amenities made me feel comfortable and pampered.

I wasn't a fan of the seating area in some units, but others may still enjoy it.

Located near Charmatin station, it was easy to find the hotel even late on Sunday night. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Chamartin metro and within walking distance to the train station. The room was clean with good bedding and working TV. Breakfast was a great surprise with excellent coffee and juices, alongside plenty of food options.

I was actually surprised by the great location of this hotel. Being right next to the train station was so convenient and the city center was easily accessible through the Madrid-Chamartin train station. The cleanliness of my room was excellent and all the hotel facilities were great.

Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with useful information and a very warm welcome drink. The services were top notch, with 24-hour reception and room service available - perfect for those who love convenience.

The air conditioning in the hotel room was very effective, even in 38C heat, and could be individually controlled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was extremely convenient, right next to the train station, with a metro line nearby for easy access to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I chose this hotel for attending a council because it provides 9 meeting rooms, fully-equipped with the latest audiovisual technology suitable for hosting any size of event from 20 to 550 people. The facilities measured 9146 square feet, including a meeting room, and the hotel is conveniently situated in a main business and industrial area of Madrid.

The only service that I missed for my work was the absence of reliable and strong WiFi connectivity in the rooms.

Our family had a wonderful time at Madrid Zoo, which was a short drive from the hotel. The kids were thrilled to see the playful dolphins and vibrant tropical birds, and we were all amazed by the vast array of animals from around the world. It was a delightful and educational experience for all of us.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from offering a kids' play area or activities.

Feeling like an art connoisseur at the fantastic Museo del Prado couldn't compare to the masterpiece I experienced at the hotel's famous restaurant. The Mediterranean-style cuisine was a glorious feast for the senses, complemented by the finest Spanish wines, creating a culinary masterpiece.
